Meet Cary ✨ The Strong One

Hiiigh. Welcome to the CannaGirls blog!
I’m super excited to share my love of canna culture with you.

In case you missed it, this entire project is all about how judging cannabis based on its leaf shape is like judging a woman based on her body shape. #SoWrong
Indica & Sativa are literally the same thing!

So far I’ve introduced you to a few of my friends!
There’s Myrcee, the super chill one.

There’s Teri, the one that knows everybody.

Today, I’d like you to meet, Cary.

Cary is the girl you call when you need to get shit handled. She’s cool under pressure, knows how to handle an emergency & never loses her shit. She’s the one you call when you need back up.

Since she is always on task, she doesn’t love the head change that comes with most canna experiences & prefers strains that keep her focused, not fuzzy--most of the time.

It's the #worst when people get her confused with some broad name Sativa, giving her all the credit for Cary’s badassery. A total drag but Cary doesn’t let it bother her really. She’s focused on helping people & fuck that bitch Sativa, people will forget her soon enough.

Like Myrcee, Cary also gets the cold shoulder while people fawn over Opi. The fact is he can do things Opi dreams of & without having to torch people & cause a fucking epidemic while doing it. The more people that meet Cary, the more people understand her potential.

When shit gets real, Cary is the one you want to call. Whether you’re sick, hurt or simply can’t cope with life--she’s there to help you every step of the way. On her own, she is a fighter, never backing down from a challenge, partnered with THC & the CannaGirls she will change your life. If you need someone to lean on, Cary won’t let you down.

Of all the terpenes Caryophyllene is unique in a lot of ways. It’s is a bigger molecule than myrcene and limonene & it’s molecular structure also contains a cyclobutane ring. This is super rare in nature & isn’t found in any other known cannabis terpenes.

Because of its ability to bind to CB2 receptors in our bodies, it comes with a host of potential medical benefits. Activating these receptors decreased pain throughout the body and reduces the damaging consequences that chronic inflammation has on brain function. It also reduces the risk of developing brain diseases due to inflammation 😯

Caryophyllene is present in many herbs & spices, including black pepper, basil, & oregano. Strains with high levels of it have a spicy, funky warmth to the nose, similar to cinnamon and cloves. Many carry prominent notes of diesel with a peppery bite.

Some strains with a higher-than-average amount of caryophyllene include:

Share your favorite strains with us in the comments!
